Kapital for Companies
Why us?
Kapital is the most efficient channel to deliver messages to IEM students at the Lahti area.
We have a personal touch with our IEM students, from day one, through various communication channels and events.
We are also an active student event organizer on the Lahti campus for all students, not only for our members. We have over 25 events planned to occur in 2026 and visibility to over 8000 people on campus.
Kapital as future professionals
IEM combines business thinking with engineering
and technology, which makes our students a strong
fit for roles where cross-functional collaboration
matters.

have received their diploma from LUT University?
Tuotantotalouden kilta Kapital ry helps companies
build early familiarity with future professionals and
create practical touchpoints with students
throughout the academic year, so recruiting and
onboarding feel less like a cold start.
