Every student guild and organization in Finland has their own pair of overalls with colors that make them identifiable.
Our navy blue is known by almost every student in Finland for being a LUT-IEM color.
Overalls are used during most, if not all, student events.

You can customize them with patches and by changing sleeves or pant legs with your friends from other guilds.
However, changing the left leg from the knee downwards is reserved only for swaps with your significant other.
In Finland, people with a significant number of badges on their overalls are generally respected.
Customizing overalls with badges and other things attached to the overalls is highly recommended.

Where to get your Overalls
Short answer as an IEM student in Lahti from Kapital
For every new class we order overalls in the fall, and they are at the campus in January, as it is usually done in Finland.
Every year, the board and particularly Corporate relations is doing work to get sponsors and make sure our overalls look great, and we can deliver them to all members at a reasonable price. This is still not only a job for the Corporate relations and their team, but this is also work that all of our guild members can take part in, so if it comes up, you know, or you want to get logo on our overalls, please contact us. in the guild room or by email, [email protected]
For companies, you can find more information about this on our corporate page
